At Camp Goldie, most products are custom-made specifically for your order.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong color or style

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An item different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges

Please review product sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Since products are made specifically for each order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
